Register your V.A and apply to get the software tools. You must be at least 10 active members in the V.A.
Active members, are not only 'registered members', but also people that have connected and flown at least once in the last 2 weeks.

Individuals are not accepted, you should be a V.A or a Group with a working website (not 'under construction')

The term V.A stands for 'Virtual Airlines' but is also used to designate a Group of Simmers or a Virtual Flying Club
